By accessing or using ProveIt at proveitout.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ProveIt is operated as a Startup Weekend project by Wasif Kamruddin.
ProveIt is a platform where users submit real business problems, receive AI-generated competitive intelligence reports, and let the community signal demand through backing. Reports are generated by the Anthropic Claude AI model and published to a public Community Board.
You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the problem descriptions you submit to ProveIt. By submitting a problem and publishing it to the Community Board, you grant ProveIt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submitted content as part of the service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
Competitive intelligence reports are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude) and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional counsel. Market data, competitor information, and sizing estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should independently verify any information before making business decisions based on a report. ProveIt makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
You agree not to: submit false, misleading, or spam content; use the service to harass, defame, or threaten others; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service; circumvent rate limits or security measures; use the platform for any illegal purpose; or submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these guidelines.
Backing a problem (notify, would pay, would build) is an expression of interest, not a binding commitment. Backing does not create a financial obligation, contract, or guarantee that a product will be built. ProveIt does not process payments — backing signals are purely informational.
The ProveIt name, logo, design, and underlying technology are the property of ProveIt. AI-generated reports are provided to you under a license to use, share, and reference, but the underlying AI model and prompts remain the property of their respective owners. You may share your published reports freely.
ProveIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProveIt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: business decisions made based on AI-generated reports, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is currently zero).
You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@proveitout.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Published reports on the Community Board may remain visible in anonymized form.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ProveIt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
